Device Warranty

BluLateral offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy and a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty.

If you experience issues with your BluLateral devices within the first 12 months of ownership, Please contact us to arrange a return. Most cases are a software/device issue that can be handled on the phone.

After contacting us at support@blutapp.com, the BluLateral team will contact you via email to determine the next steps for your warranty request. Once your issue is determined to be a hardware problem, our team will enter your request into the warranty process, and repair and return or replace the unit to you promptly. 

We stand behind the product completely and feel that a 12-month warranty will give you immense peace of mind when using your BluTapp Stones. 

In most cases your repaired unit will ship back to you within three business days after it is received.

For returns, the devices must be returned undamaged or un-tampered with to receive a full refund of the retail cost.
